US758 Never Alone captures another One Design championship with consistent finishes – all first and seconds with one fourth place finish thrown into the mix. The winning crew consisted of owners Paul and Ross Nuechterlein along with Greg Gerhardstein, Ron Sherry and Ken Swetka. The three-day event was sailed over Aug-27 thru Aug-29 with light winds challenging the competitors.
Rounding out the top three found John & Tracy McAllister’s US466 Patriot in second place closely followed by Keith Ziegler’s US688 Thor in third place.
With fourteen Cal-25s participating in this year’s Bayview One Design regatta, our class was once again the largest one design fleet of the BOD event.
