The Detroit Cal-25 Executive Committee met Mar-13, 2018. A significant amount of time was allocated to examining and determining whether the existing National Rules and the Detroit by-laws should be updated. Consideration was given by committee members to comments heard and collected over the past couple seasons. The two attachments under Proposed 2018 changes are the committee’s recommendation for proposed updates. Please review the docs and be ready to discuss and cast a vote at the Spring meeting. If the National Rules proposal receives a positive vote then it would have to be accepted by the other regional fleets before becoming implemented nationally.
